UPDATE:  Another American mill down. Vidalia Mills—once hailed as the heir to Cone Mills and a last stand for domestic selvage—has shuttered.  Opened in 2019 with promises of revival, it was supposed to carry the torch. Unfortunately, the idea that globalism can promote local economies is false in practice and the stark reality is that it carves them out and slowly destroys them.

    This is it. The last American-made selvage denim to ever roll off the legendary Draper X3 looms.

    Woven at Vidalia Mills, once the final home of these historic looms after Cone Mills shut its doors, this denim marks the end of an era. With Vidalia now shuttered, these are the final yards of true American selvage. No more will be made.

    Each pair is built from the last of its kind. 100% made in the USA. Rope-dyed, ring-spun, and woven with pride. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.

    • 14oz Indigo x Natural weft, 100% cotton selvage denim.
    • US farmed cotton
    • E3 sustainably certified
    • Sewn & chain stitched in all the right places on vintage Union Special, Reece & Singer machines.
    • A & E core spun poly thread for maximum strength & durability.
    • Embroidered star insignia on the right back pocket represents ‘Made in America’ status.
    • Button fly with double prong, donut style buttons. Old style pocket rivet burrs.
    • All hardware is made in Kentucky.
    • Leather back patches are cut & stamped in Los Angeles & waistband label is woven locally in Los Angeles.
    • Every aspect of the production is US made in Downtown Los Angeles.

    Strongman Fit Measurements

    Waistband measurement is "full waist measurements." For a full waist measure, you would take your layflat measurements as shown on the waist measurements instructions above and double that number.  

    Please allow for a +/- 1/2" tolerance in the waistband, top block, thigh, knee and hem opening vs listed spec.
