Mojave western cut is our newest fit inspired by the classic mid 50’s to mid 60’s silhouettes that became popular due to the widespread adoption of cowboy culture that permeated jeans wear during that particular era. The Mojave has a subtle knee to hem gradation that is sufficient to accompany any cowboy or work boot. This is a classic American Western silhouette that has long been neglected but whose time has come once more.

Fabric

Red Sun 9oz selvage denim is light, breathable, and built for movement but still carries the soul of raw denim. Shuttle loom woven, it features mercerized yarns that give the surface a smooth hand and a deep, lustrous indigo tone.

Mercerization is an old-school textile treatment where cotton yarns are bathed in caustic soda under tension. This swells the fibers, boosts strength, locks in color, and adds a subtle sheen you can see in the light. It's a process rarely used in denim, but the payoff is clear, this fabric has a polish without losing its grit.

Finished with a unique selvage ID that sets it apart from the usual redline fare, this 9oz cloth is ideal for hot weather, travel, or just everyday comfort. Softens quick. Fades clean. Moves easy.

  • Sewn & chain stitched in all the right places on vintage Union Special, Reece & Singer machines.
  • A & E core spun poly thread for maximum strength & durability.
  • Embroidered star insignia on the right back pocket represents ‘Made in America’ status.
  • Button fly with double prong, donut style buttons. Old style pocket rivet burrs.
  • All hardware is made in Kentucky.
  • Leather back patches are cut & stamped in Los Angeles & waistband label is woven locally in Los Angeles.
  • Every aspect of the production is US made in Downtown Los Angeles.

All measurements are "full waist measurements." For a full waist measure, you would take your lay flat measurements as shown on the waist measurements instructions and double that number.  

Please allow for a +/- 1/2" tolerance in the waistband, top block, thigh, knee and hem opening vs listed spec.
