True Straight 15oz Blizzard Selvage Denim

This one’s for the denim purists. The 15oz nep (Blizzard) selvage is a deep indigo, right-hand twill woven with a heavy dose of texture and irregularity. Thick tufts of cotton poke through the face of the fabric, that’s the nep. It’s not a flaw. It’s a feature. It comes from manipulating the cotton during the ginning and carding processes as well as low-tension weaving with slubby, short-staple yarns with no two yards ever exactly alike.
At 15 ounces, this is mid-heavyweight denim with a bold handfeel and solid drape. The yarns carry natural imperfections that create a snowy, almost wool-like surface from afar. Up close, it’s chaos in the best way that only a denim head can fully appreciate.
