Cut from the same heavyweight 500 GSM custom-knit fleece as our Sumo XH collection, the Sumo sweat pant delivers a balance of heft & comfort.

Designed with a timeless, tailored fit—room in the top block, ease through the hips and thighs, tapering cleanly from the knee to the ankle. Not baggy. Not skinny. Just a dialed-in silhouette that feels at home whether you’re off-duty or in the thick of it.

Pre-laundered before cut and sew to limit shrinkage, we still recommend cold washing and air drying to keep the fit locked in.

These Sumo sweatpants are made from an ultra-heavy 500gsm 100% cotton brushed fleece—dense, unyielding, and made to outlast. The rich black tone is yarn-dyed using reactive dyes that will soften and fade with time, developing a broken-in character that reflects the miles you’ve put in. While the inside is brushed for comfort, this fleece is all about structure, weight, and serious durability. Finished with a matching 2x1 rib at the waistband and cuffs for reinforcement where it counts. Whether you're putting in work or putting in miles, these are sweats that stay the course.
