Slim Straight 21.5oz 'Mayhem' Double Black Selvage Denim

Mayhem is our latest heavyweight double black selvage and it certainly lives up to it's infamous name. Not for the novice denim head, this sulphur warp x reactive weft offers up the blackest of black denim but will eventually fade on the warp yarns with enough wear. The deep, rich black color is achieved by utilizing the most uniform warp and weft yarns in the weave instead of uneven slub yarns. The left hand twill weave is the secret weapon in this quality as it gives the yarn that suppleness right out the gate which makes the break in process a breeze compared to similar RHT weaves. A sulphur black dye in the warp ensures awesome fade potential. There is just the slightest hint of surface texture which gives the face some character otherwise it's a dense, rich black quality due to the uniformly even yarns.
