Woven in North Carolina. Secured when White Oak shut its doors in 2017. Our 12oz Woodsman comes from a finite supply of American selvage that carries more than a famous mill name. Recycled cotton meets wood-derived cellulose fibre in a denim that earns its keep through comfort, strength and year-round wearability.

OLD MILL. FORWARD THINKING.

The plant-based fibre starts as wood pulp, which is dissolved, formed into fibres and spun into yarn. A closed-loop process recovers and reuses the solvent, reducing waste. Combined with recycled cotton, it gives this denim a practical use for materials that might otherwise be discarded. Innovation woven into American heritage.

The cellulose fibres bring strength to the cotton blend without piling on weight. At 12oz, Woodsman offers an easy-wearing alternative to heavyweight denim, with enough substance for everyday duty.
