Mojave western cut is our newest fit inspired by the classic mid 50’s to mid 60’s silhouettes that became popular due to the widespread adoption of cowboy culture that permeated jeans wear during that particular era. The Mojave has a subtle knee to hem gradation that is just enough to accompany any boot without the concern of excess fabric. This is a classic American Western silhouette that has long been neglected but whose time has come once more.

Unique to the Mojave Western cut are the custom designed back pockets and coin pocket featuring a 'walking stitch' embroidery inspired by the stitching commonly found on the vamp (toe) portion of cowboy boots. The embroidered pattern mimics the outline of a North American Bison's head & horns. The branded back leather tea core patch is from american steer.

Fabric

A rare XX unsanforized Cone Mills White Oak quality that we have had in our storage archives since 2017. We have extracted the majority of the potential shrinkage utilizing a specialized steaming method that reduces most of the post wash shrinkage whilst maintaining the integrity of the raw denim as much as possible. This shrinkage method is similar to a one wash garment rinse except the denim is processed before cut and sew which retains the raw selvage integrity & eliminates seam abrasion. This is essentially a unsanforized denim without the accompanying unpredictable shrinkage. Please note this is not loomstate denim!

Leather back patches are cut & stamped in Los Angeles & waistband label is woven locally in Los Angeles.
